Barrier Island Lift Station Hardening The Scope of Work for this project is construction of rehabilitating and hardening the Barrier Island lift stations along the coastal low-lying areas to improve the wastewater collection systems resiliency and protect critical infrastructure from stronger and more frequent storms and coastal sea-level rise. This project is funded under Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Grant Agreement No. HA001 (CSFA No. 37.114 Hurricane Stormwater and Wastewater Assistance. Installation of 316 SS piping, fittings and associated appurtenances. i. Installation of bypass pump and associated electrical work. j. Installation of watertight wet well hatch. k. Installation of electrical equipment as shown in the drawings. l. Installation of chainlink fence and access gate. m. Installation of new concrete for slab and equipment pad. n. Installation of stainless steel/aluminum electrical rack. o. Installation of landscaping. 2. Ponce de Leon Villas (24 Fountain of Youth Boulevard) a. Bypass pumping of the influent wastewater and discharge into the existing force main during the duration of pump station demolition/construction activities. b.
