St. Johns County is soliciting a quote from qualified contractors to remove and replace the glass on thirteen (13) windows on the first and second floor at the St. Johns County (SJC) Courthouse located at 4010 Lewis Speedway, St. Augustine, FL 32084, in accordance with the specifications provided herein. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE ENCOURAGED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE ST. JOHNS COUNTY STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON. St. Johns County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, waive minor informalities, or award the bid/proposal which best serves the interests of St. Johns County. Questions are due no later than four o'clock (4:00PM EST) on Tuesday, September 09, 2025 The County's Designated Point of Contact for this Request for Quotes is Kayla Miller, Procurement Coordinator, St. Johns County Purchasing Department. Any and all questions and/or inquiries shall be directed to Ms. Miller, in writing, via email at kmiller@sjcfl.us.
