The City of St. Augustine is looking to accept sealed bids for replacement of a six inch (6") watermain and water services located on Sevilla Street from Valencia Street north to Saragossa Street. Replacement of sanitary sewer main, and laterals as shown on the plans. Remove, clean, organize all bricks in the roadway and sidewalk. Install new bricks in roadway and sidewalk as per plan. Question Deadline 09/23/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Question Response Deadline:September 26, 2025, 5:00pm. The City prefers ALL inquiries related to this solicitation to be submitted through online. Each Response must be accompanied by a Bid/Proposal/Letter of Intrest guaranty in the form of a Bid/Proposal/Letter of Intrest bond or cashier's check, payable to the City, for five percent (5%) of the "Total Cost" indicated on the Solicitation. Cash will not be accepted. The Bid/Proposal/Letter of Intrest bond must be written through a licensed Florida agency with a company licensed to do business in the State of Florida and meeting the requirements of the Agreement. The guarantee must provide that the Response will remain firm for sixty (60) days after the designated date and hour of the Solicitation opening; that if the Response is accepted, Respondent must enter into a contract with the City in accordance with the Agreement; and that Respondent will provide any required performance and payment bonds and certificates of insurance. The City of St. Augustine reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of bids, to waive irregularities and technicalities, and to request re-bids on the required materials or services. The City also reserves the right to award the contract to the Respondent whose bid is deemed by the City to most advance the public interest. The City reserves the right to award the Agreement to the next lowest available Respondent in the event the Successful Respondent fails to enter into the Agreement, or the Agreement with said Respondent is terminated within 90 days of the effective date.
