Respondents must obtain and review the RFQ Documents, including all Attachments and Exhibits, as well as any issued addenda, for full details and instructions regarding submittal format, full scope of services, minimum qualifications and all other information related to this RFQ. Qualifications delivered to or received by the SJC Purchasing Department after the above submittal deadline shall not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the addressee. The County objective is to prequalify Contractors and onboard them to the current pool of Contractors under RFQ 23-21; Utility Rehabilitation/Construction Services to perform utility rehabilitation/construction services. Work categories include: (1) Water, Wastewater, and Reclaimed Water Facilities; (2) Water, Wastewater, and Reclaimed Water Pipelines; (3) Manhole/Gravity Sewer/Lateral Rehabilitation; (4) Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD); (5) Industrial Electrical Installation and Repair. RFQ 23-21R is only for onboarding Contractors who do not currently have a Contract under the original RFQ 23-21.
