To provide a one-time installation project related to access control. This solicitation includes completion of a defined vehicle gate access control integration project at the County Administration Parking Garage, requiring the installation of low-voltage cabling, relay modules, and programming for time-of-day scheduling via the County's Apollo access control system. The purpose of this project is to connect the North Exit Roll-Up Gate and the East Exit Roll-Up Gate to the County's Access Control System, enabling time-of-day open functionality through Apollo scheduling software. This will be accomplished by running low-voltage cabling from the Access Control Panels (ACP) to each gate controller and utilizing available AUX inputs on the existing panels. 2. Scope of Work 2.1 North Exit Roll-Up Gate Cable Installation: o Install low-voltage cable from the ACP to the gate controller to send an unlock signal. o Use existing conduit; it is assumed there is capacity for additional cable. Gate Integration: o Interface to be provided by the gate contractor. o Vehicle gate is either existing, or customer supplied. Access Control Programming: o Use the spare AUX input on the existing panel in P19 Building Operation to place the gate on a timeof-day open schedule in Apollo.
