Site work for a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The deadline to ask questions is 9/22/2025 2:00 PM CST All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer through online Scope of work to include but not limited to: The expansion of Water Plant No. 3 consist of one (1) 1200 GPM gravel wall water well (including test hole, driller's log, analysis of drill, drift indicator survey, electric log, gas log, water quality sampling, evaluations report, well construction (including multi-stop alignment survey), well development, pumping tests, chemical analysis, well cleaning, disinfection, well pump installation, one(1) 500,000 gallons welded steel ground storage tank, cathodic protection, chemical containment pad with canopy, chemical tanks, chemical feed pumps, chemical piping, site preparation, grading and drainage, paving, yard piping, electrical controls and all necessary appurtenances required for smooth plant operations. Complete in Place. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
