Contractor to furnish all required materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the construction of the Avalon at Cypress West Lift Station No. 20 for Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 165. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, construction of a reinforced concrete wet well with lining, a valve vault, control panel, generator with pad, installation of submersible pumps, lift station piping, hatches, sanitary sewer systems, force main piping, valves, and fittings. This work also includes drainage improvements, installation of a water line with backflow preventer, paving, driveway construction, bollards, site grading, dewatering, groundwater control, protective coatings on exposed piping, hydro-mulch seeding, stormwater pollution prevention during construction, trench safety systems, electrical and controls work, and all associated appurtenances to deliver a fully operational facility Lift Station facility. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer.
