Amtrak intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for qualified Contractor which is funded by the Federal Railroad Administration via a Grant with the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak). Amtrak, at its sole discretion and without discussion, will determine which firms are to be added to its list of consultants for request of solicitation for this project. Amtrak, (Owner), is seeking professional services to perform construction work including but not limited to the following: STA Rhinecliff SOGR Building Improvements Phase 3 (455 Rhinecliff Road, Rhinecliff, NY 12574) Replacement of existing Clay tile roof, Flat roofs, metal roofs, gutter, drainage, replacement of Seven (7) windows, Selected Portions of exterior facade restoration, removal of deteriorated wall and ceiling materials. Amtrak shall have an option at any time, in its sole discretion, to add additional services associated with additional phases of this project to the scope of the Contract, subject to Amtrak's receipt of an acceptable proposal or proposals for such services from Contractor. Nothing herein shall obligate Amtrak to exercise options for award to the Contractor.
