The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price requirements contract for snow and ice removal services at the York Memorial United States Army Reserve Center in support of the 99th Readiness Division. The contract includes a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. Services include snow removal categorized by depth (3"-6", 6"-10", 10"-14", and 14"+), application of ice melt and sand, and sidewalk clearing. All services must be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 0001), and pricing must be submitted using the provided Excel pricing sheet (Attachment 0004). Wage Determination 2015-4245 (Rev. 29) dated 8 July 2025 applies. This is a price-only acquisition under FAR Parts 12 and 13, with no technical evaluation. Quotes must be submitted electronically via the PIEE Solicitation Module. Attendance at a pre-scheduled site visit is strongly encouraged, with dates set for 8 and 10 September 2025 at 10:00 AM ET. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov at the time of submission and award. Insurance coverage is required per FAR 52.228-5, including workers' compensation, general liability, automobile liability, and others as applicable.
