Renovation of a mixed-use development in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,959-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.

The University plans to repair the roof located at the Chancellor's Residence. The project scope includes repair and replacement in-kind of the damaged clay roof tiles: securing of loose tiles with mortar or adhesive foam as identified, repairs to the roof ridge and hips, repair of sheathing board and rafters tails at eaves, patching of holes and adjustment of slopes for copper gutters and rails, provision of flashing at the eaves, cleaning and resealing of copper flashing in areas identified. Roof tiles to be furnished by the University and installed by contractor. NOTE: Bidders are advised that parking may be difficult. Bidders should allow ample time to drive to the above location in heavy traffic, find a parking space, walk to the designated Meeting Room prior to the required time. It is currently anticipated that the Site Visit will last at least 2 hours.
