James City County Marina Boat Ramp Tending Pier James City County is soliciting sealed competitive bids from qualified and experienced professional contractors licensed in the state of Virginia with the demonstrated capability and capacity for JCC Marina Boat Ramp Tending Pier as described in this Invitation for Bids. (See Section II.6 for Scope of Work) The proposed work consists of installation of a tending pier at an existing boat ramp. This will also include an aluminum gangway fastened to an existing dock. The installation of (4) wood piles is also required for the proposed floating tending pier which serve to stabilize the floating dock with file guides. No upland work is required for this project.
