Question Deadline 09/25/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documentsto Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows Ryan McDonald at RMcDonald@parkhill.com Questions received less than 7 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Project includes the following work: Contract A: Dispose and abandon existing lift station, furnish and install new package lift station, 40 kW generator and pad. Deposit shall be Company check, or cashiers' check made payable to Parkhill. No partial sets will be issued. Bidders must submit a Cashier's or Certified Check issued by a bank satisfactory to Owner, or a Proposal Bond from a reliable Surety Company, payable without recourse to the order of the Town of Wanette in an amount not less than 5 percent of the Bid submitted as a guaranty that the Bidder will enter into a Contract and execute Bonds in the forms provided within 15 days after Notice of Award of Contract. Bids without the required check or Proposal Bond will not be considered. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any irregularities or technicalities without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest of the Owner. (Bid shall be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder). No Bidder may withdraw their Bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bids are solicited and a contract award will be made pursuant to the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 as amended (Title 61, O.S. 1981, Sections 101- 136 et seq.). All Contractors/subcontractors that are debarred, suspended, or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation in federal assistance programs, may not undertake any activity in part or in full under this Project. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond, a Payment/Statutory Bond, and a Maintenance Bond, each in the amount of the Contract, written by a responsible Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of Oklahoma, and satisfactory to Owner, as required by the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 as amended (Title 61, O.S. 1981, Sections 101-136 et seq.).
