Tulsa Community College is requesting proposals from qualified State of Oklahoma Electrical Contracting firms to provide on-call electrical services for Tulsa Community College. Selected Contractor to provide, but not limited to, electrical repairs, upgrades, installations and/or labor to successfully meet the needs of the University on an as-needed basis during the contract period. Contract Period : Contract Period: Starts from award of contract to June 30, 2026 with the option to renew for 4 additional one year periods. (This is by Fiscal Year). Yearly Renewal: Your contract with Tulsa Community College allows for annual renewals based on the change in the CPI index, all items, all urban consumers or a 5% increase, whichever is less. List your yearly percentage price increase if any. Maximum percentage price increase per year: First Renewal: _0 % (not to exceed the Consumer Price Index or 5 % whichever is less. July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027 Second Renewal: % (not to exceed the Consumer Price Index or 5 % whichever is less. July 1, 2027- June 30, 2028 Third Renewal: % (not to exceed the Consumer Price Index or 5 % whichever is less. July 1, 2028 - June 30, 2029 Fourth Renewal: % (not to exceed the Consumer Price Index or 5 % whichever is less. July 1, 2029 - June 30, 2030. All questions must be submitted in writing via online. Notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement, the parties acknowledge and agree that funds to be paid by the University under the terms of this contract will be available only as appropriated on a fiscal year to fiscal year basis by properly constituted legal authority. In the event that funds are not appropriated as set forth above to make payments required under the terms of this agreement, the obligations of the University shall give prompt written notice of termination. Tulsa Community College may terminate this agreement, in whole or in part, at any time, either for the College's convenience or because of the failure of the contracting firm to ful fill its obligations under this agreement, by delivering written notice to the contracting firm and/or one of its designees. All contract employees must maintain a professional appearance with a company logo/name on shirt. TCC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses to this RFP.
