Notice is hereby given that Tulsa Community College (TCC) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Southeast Campus Air Handling Unit Replacement as per the attached Specifications and General Terms and Conditions. Bidders should carefully examine the work site and proposal documents to become fully informed of the conditions to be encountered and the character of the work to be performed. Bond Percentage 5.00% All parties responding with a proposal in response to this RFP are required to submit the following documents: (a) Competitive Bid Affidavit. This document must be signed and notarized, if not, the proposal will not be accepted. The person signing the proposal must have authority to submit the proposal on behalf of their firm. (b) Bonds -See bond requirements. With the exception of providing additional labor hours as may be requested, the Unit Price Cost Proposal for Project Work will include all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, overhead, total management, corporate profits, vacation, sick time, insurance or other expenses needed to satisfactorily complete the project. TCC will not be charged, billed, or invoiced for any other expenses omitted or encountered by the Proposer. If a proposal includes any proprietary data or information that the respondent does not want disclosed to the public, such data or information must be specifically identified by the responding vendor. Proprietary information will be used by the College for the purposes of evaluating the vendor's proposal. The Contractor may have ideas for bringing about savings to TCC through improved procedures, equipment and/or supplies. The Proposer may propose a provision to the subsequent contract setting forth any shared savings financial agreement. Signature and Affidavit Requirements: The RFP response must be submitted by an authorized official or agent of the bidding firm. The College's point of contact for this solicitation will be Austin Rosenthal, Assistant Director of Purchasing. All questions related to this RFP should be submitted via the online. After the proposals have been reviewed and evaluated, College representatives may contact company representatives. The award of the contract(s) will be subject to approval by the TCC Board of Regents. Work can be scheduled upon receipt of a Purchase Order. TCC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award or reject a proposal for any reason or to modify this date. TCC reserves the right to reject or negotiate at its sole discretion, any and all proposals resulting from this request for proposals. The College reserves the right to reject, as non-responsive, any response that does not contain the information requested in this RFP. TCC also reserves the right to waive any irregularities, errors or omissions in the RFP or responses received. TCC reserves the right to purchase any or all items bid by vendor. TCC may make such investigation as deemed necessary to determine the ability of the bidder to perform the work, and the bidder shall furnish TCC all such information and data for this purpose as TCC may request. TCC reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such bidder fails to satisfy TCC that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to complete the work contemplated therein. Conditional bids will not be accepted.
