The Housing Authority of the City of Tulsa (THA) and its subsidiary Affordable Housing Property Solutions, Inc. (AHPS), invites proposals for a Contractor to provide LAWNCARE SERVICES. The criteria for evaluating the Proposals will be based on the items set forth in the RFP. Selected Responses will be added to the list of qualified and procured contractors, based on the determination of Evaluation Committee, of the vendors that best meets the current needs and long-term goals of THA / AHPS. The intent of this RFP is to solicit the services of a firm or pool of firms to provide Lawn and Grounds Maintenance services. THA / AHPS is creating a better Tulsa by transforming lives and communities. THA / AHPS owns and manages multiple communities, Co-Developer Affordable Housing. THA / AHPS provides affordable housing options in tandem with connection to supportive services to tenants thrive. CONTRACTOR(S) selected under this RFP will be qualified and procured to receive a Purchase Order(s) from THA / AHPS to provide work within the scope of services over a five (5) year period subject to performance reviews. THA may select more than one responder. THA/AHPS is interested in entering into a contractual engagement for a Full-Service Lawn Care company(ies) to provide lawn care as directed by THA/AHPS. THA/AHPS may contract with multiple contractors and divide the Properties serviced. The successful company must demonstrate they have the equipment and staffing to provide full service lawn care on a weekly basis. Evaluation will be based on written responses submitted to this RFP. THA may conduct interviews prior to choosing a contractor(s) with which to pursue a future contract for fair and reasonable compensation. However, THA/AHPS retains the right to make a selection solely based on the written responses. Consequently, responses are encouraged to be as comprehensive as possible. Any information which may have been released by THA/AHPS or one of its employees or Board members either verbally or in writing prior to the issuance of the RFP will be disregarded. The Office of Contracts reserves the right to reject any or all Responses. THA/AHPS reserves the right to reject all submittals and/or to waive any informality in the solicitation process a. or parts thereof and to re-solicit. THA/AHPS does not guarantee that a contract will be awarded because of this Request for Proposal.
