Notice is hereby given that Tulsa Community College (TCC) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for On Plumbing Services as per the attached Specifications and General Terms and Conditions. Location(s) 909 S Boston Ave, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74119 3727 E Apache St, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74115 10030 E 81st St, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74133 7505 W 41st St, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74107. The normal hours of service will be from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. All questions during the bid and evaluation process must be directed to the Tulsa Community College Purchasing Department, located 909 South Boston Ave., or email purchasing@tulsacc.edu. TCC desires to select the services of THREE plumbing vendors on an AS NEEDED BASIS. All work will be performed in the best and most workmanship manner by technicians skilled in their respective trades, and in no case shall the material or workmanship be performed less than that of the intent of this agreement. Successful bidder hereby proposes to furnish all personnel, materials and equipment for plumbing services from Tulsa Community College's premises, in compliance with all Federal, State and Local Codes including OSHA and DEQ regulations as applicable to this scope of work. TCC may make such investigation as deemed necessary to determine the ability of the bidder to perform the work, and the bidder shall furnish TCC all such information and data for this purpose as the TCC may request. TCC reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such bidder fails to satisfy TCC that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to complete the work contemplated therein. Conditional bids will not be accepted. The Contract term is for the period of date of award through June 30, 2021, with the option to renew for up to four (4) additional one-year period. TCC reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time providing 30 days written notice of intent to terminate. Initial Term Date of Award to June 30, 2026 Renewal 1 July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 Renewal 2 July 1, 2027 to June 30, 2028 Renewal 3 July 1, 2028 to June 30, 2029 Renewal 4 July 1, 2029 to June 30, 2030. For information purposes, on average TCC spent over $100,000 over miscellaneous plumbing project throughout the college in one fiscal year. Approval and funding of maintenance repair and minor construction/renovation project work is variable throughout the course of any given year. Amounts shown are estimates and are not guaranteed or implied. As stated in section 1.3, Tulsa Community College reserves the right to accept an option for up to four (4) years' additional service beyond the original contract term. Such renewal will be accepted annually in writing for the upcoming fiscal year, and rates will be adjusted according to the annual escalation rate(s) as quoted below. If rates are to remain without change for the four-year option period, please indicate as a percentage.
