Project Information: GMP No. 01 1. Contract Number: LB25-0686-39-A1-G1 (GMP No. 01) 2. Project Name: Birney Elementary School Interim Housing 3. Project Estimate: $1.5 Million 4. Schedule: January 2026 - July 2026 5. Project Description: The scope of work includes the providing of five relocatable buildings: (1) 48'x40' Administration Building, (1) Restroom Building, and (3) 24'x40' Classroom Buildings. Scope includes selective underground utility work, electrical power and low voltage systems, and signage. RFI DEADLINE: Submit RFI's via email to Jianna Prevost at bidding@flintbuilders.com no later than Friday September 5, 2025 by 2 pm. SUBCONTRACTOR DISTRICT PREQUALIFICATION: Prequalifications are due to the District by Thursday September 11, 2025. The Work shall be conducted in 1 phase, with each phase substantially complete as indicated: 1. Phase 1 - installation of 4 relocatable classroom buildings and 1 relocatable restroom building to serve as interim housing. Work of this phase shall commence after the Notice to Proceed by 12/08/2025 and be substantially complete and ready for occupancy by end of Summer 2026.WORK BY DISTRICT A. General: Cooperate fully with District so work may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying work under this Contract or work by District. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed by District. B. Concurrent Work: District will perform the following construction operations at Project site. Those operations will be conducted simultaneously with work under this Contract. 1. Rekeying and locks 2. Final Intrusion System Tie In. 3. Security Camera Installation 4. Installation of Furniture and Equipment noted as Owner Furnished and Owner installed. 5. Installation of digital displays. 6. District signs. PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE BONDS: Upon review of prequalification forms Flint Design Build, LLC dba FLINT reserves the right to require 100% Payment and Performance Bonds. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 90 days after the date set for the opening of bids. This project is the Interim Housing portion of a comprehensive campus modernization. Work includes the providing of five relocatable buildings: (1) 48'x40' Administration Building, (1) Restroom Building, and (3) 24'x40' Classroom Buildings. Scope includes selective underground utility work, electrical power and low voltage systems, and signage. The project duration is approximately five (5) months, with an estimated construction value of $1.5 million. The project is subject to a Project Stabilization Agreement.
