Renovation of an educational facility in Binghamton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A. Cooperate fully with Owner, so work may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying Work under this Contract or work by Owner. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed by Owner. B. Concurrent Work: Owner will perform the following construction operations at Project site. Those operations will be conducted simultaneously with Work under this Contract. 1. The B.U. Telecom department will be installing data, wifi, camera and speaker cabling and devices. Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to perform rehabilitation of one elevator in the Smith Residence Hall, including but not limited to the hoist way equipment and fixtures, cab, entrances, and machine room equipment. The alternate scope includes the rehabilitation of the second elevator inside the Smith Residence Hall. Contract term: 215 Calendar Days CR Number: 2126158
