SUNY at Buffalo Governors Interior Upgrades and Asbestos and Hazardous Materials Abatement Phase 3-4 DASNY is soliciting bids for a single prime contractor to complete the following scope of work at SUNY at Buffalo in the Clinton and Lehman Halls of the Governors complex: Complete heater replacement, abatement of existing flooring, new bedroom flooring installation, new corridor carpet installation, and kitchen renovations in Governors Complex Lehman & Clinton Halls. Question Deadline 01/08/2026 Prospective bidders shall examine the Contract Documents carefully and, before bidding, shall make a written request to the Owner and Design Professional, for an interpretation or correction of any ambiguity, inconsistency, or error therein which should be discovered by a reasonably prudent bidder. The estimated cost range is between $4,600,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range of $4,600,000 to $5,000,000. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
