Bidders are invited to submit bids for the Project as described in this Document according to the Instructions to Bidders. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following work. 1. GENERAL TRADES. Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. All potential bidders must self perform a minimum of 25% of the work, the Contractor shall provide 75% on site construction or supervision as proof of self-performance associated with the contract that they submit bids for (not including general overhead - i.e. submittals, RFI and RFP paperwork, construction meetings, etc.) Doc note: If you should have any questions, please contact Young + Wright Architectural at (716) 842-1800. Bidders or subcontractors who return all Bidding and Contract Documents in good condition within thirty (30) days after award of bid and have remitted payment, will receive a full refund of the deposit.
