Renovation of a municipal facility in Manteo, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This site will become the new townhall and will require the removal of several interior walls, electrical systems, plumbing systems, communication systems and asbestos. The Town invites the submittal of responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) from contractors qualified in the State of North Carolina for such work. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award contract to interested parties, it deems to be in the best interest of the Town.
