The Dare County Water Department is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the water supply, treatment and distribution systems throughout the County serving multiple municipalities. As part of the Department's responsibility to continue to provide a high level of service, the need for the installation of one (1) new reverse osmosis production well was identified. The professional consultant will provide services to the County to prepare a Request for Proposals for hydrogeological and engineering services required for a test well exploration project. The scope of the professional consultation services after the selection of the well site will be negotiated at a future date. Dare County reserves the right to reject any and all submissions according to North Carolina General Statutes. Responses will be evaluated using the scoring matrix attached.
