Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Paulding, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

Bidders may submit requests for consideration of a proposed Substitution for a specified product, equipment, or service to the Architect/Engineer ("A/E") no later than 10 days prior to the bid opening. Additional products, equipment, and services may be accepted as approved Substitutions only by written Addendum. All work and bids shall be under one General Contract including General Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and some site work for the Project. The General Contractor is responsible for scheduling the Project, coordinating work with other subcontractors, and providing other services identified in the Contract Documents. The bidder shall furnish a bid bond in accordance with Section 4.2 of the Instruction to Bidders. Bidders are encouraged to be enrolled in and to be in good standing in a Drug-Free Workplace Program("DFWP") approved by the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation ("OBWC") prior to submitting a Bid, and, if awarded a Contract, shall comply with DFWP. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
