Renovation of a medical facility in Paulding, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Scope of project includes all mechanical and electrical work required to remove and dispose of oneexisting 200-ton outdoor air-cooled chiller unit and associated piping, controls and electrical powerfeeds, and installation of one new 250-ton air-cooled chiller with associated new piping, controls andelectrical power feed as detailed in the bid documents. Bids to include cost of all rigging required forchiller removal and installation. A 10% bid bond is required. Also required are Power of Attorney for the bonding agent and a Certificatefrom the Department of Insurance authorizing the Surety Company to do Surety Business in the Stateof Ohio. A current financial statement of the Surety Company shall be provided by the successful bidder. In lieu of posting the Bond, a contractor may use a Cashiers Check, Certified Check, or Letter ofCredit for 10% of the Bid as bid security. When a Check or Letter of Credit is used, the Contractor willbe required to post a 100% Labor and Material Payment Bond upon signing of the contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty days after the 48-hour time limit set by the timeand date of the bid opening thereof. Paulding County Hospital reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
