The contractor shall remodel duty room bathrooms and locker rooms at US Coast Guard Station Los Angeles / Long Beach in San Pedro, CA. The scope includes replacing all fixtures in five bathrooms, removing existing tile and flooring in preparation for future installation, and renovating two locker rooms by removing the clothes drying area and installing new large built-in lockers. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work. Coordination with the Technical Point of Contact is required for selecting colors of fixtures and finishes. Additional tasks include inspecting underground sewage lines using CCTV cameras, repairing any identified issues, and disposing of all debris and materials in accordance with environmental regulations. Daily cleanup and restoration of construction areas to their original condition are mandatory. Work must be performed between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, unless otherwise authorized. Routine quality and safety checks are required throughout the project. As required by FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
