Most projects identified at this time have been approved in the FY2026/2027 capital improvements program; however, others will be identified throughout the next fiscal years. The nature of these contracts will be for on-call services for a period of three (3) years effective from the date of the contract award date (PSB meeting date). Within the three-year contract time, multiple task orders may be issued under each contract. However, total task orders amounts will be limited to a maximum of $1,500,000. If work on a task order is issued prior to the expiration of the contract, the work order willremain in effect until completion of the work order. EPWater will select multiple-qualified consultants for this on-call contract. Scope of work: EPWater is requesting professional engineering services to provide/assist with: Design and procurement of process/mechanical equipment Evaluation and Design of structural repairs Evaluation and Design of electrical upgrades Evaluation and Design of instrumentation and control upgrades Evaluation and Design of process/mechanical components Evaluation and Design of civil site improvements, including but not limited to yard piping modifications, site landscaping/beautification, access roadways. Hydraulic modeling and analysis, including but not limited to computation fluid dynamics (CFD) Water Treatment Process and production assessment, evaluation, analysis, and studies Permitting Construction inspection and quality control Development of health and safety plans Feasibility studies Facility master plans Pilot and bench scale testing Sampling and analysis to include water quality analysis Security Sludge stabilization and disposal HVAC evaluations, designs, rehabilitations, improvements Cost estimating Plant Operations Assistance (optional services if team member is available) Construction Management Services Plant Personnel Training Development of Plant's Standard Operations Procedures Development of plant/process commissioning guidelines Corrosion analysis and design. The successful Firms must demonstrate experience in assessing, designing and constructing the facilities described above on time and within budget. The objectives are to provide professional engineering services resulting in enhanced project efficiency on schedule within budget while meeting the specific Task Order assignment(s) objectives while assuring the work is to accreditation standards and in compliance with standard design and Utility practices. The estimated costs for these projects can range from $100,000 to $10 million (engineering and construction). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. EPWater reserves the right to disqualify the submittal of any respondent in violation of this policy. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
