The contractor is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including tower construction, antenna installation, site preparation, permitting, relocation of existing communications equipment, safety systems, and security fencin The awarded bidder shall provide complete turnkey delivery of a 350 ft. guyed Public Safety Communications Tower, including: Tower Construction & Foundations Design, furnish, and install the communications tower. Construct tower foundation, grounding, fencing, and bonding systems. Ensure compliance with FAA, FCC, NEC, OSHA, Florida Building Code, and TIA/EIA standards. Antenna & Equipment Installation Install VHF & UHF antennas, microwave dish, repeaters, cabling, mounts, and hardware. Provide tower lighting system (white daytime beacon, red night obstruction light, LED, photoelectric controls). Relocate and reconnect existing police and fire repeaters. Site Preparation & Management Storage, staging, warehousing, insurance, and security of materials. Site grading, cleanup, and daily removal of construction debris. Restoration of site areas impacted by construction. Permits & Documentation Secure all required local, state, and federal permits.
