Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Penn Wynne, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a library; for site work for a library; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Scope of Work: The work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition; earthwork activities; regrading; granite curb reconfiguration; placement of underground utility conduits and junction boxes for future project; planter wall construction; walkway construction; landscaping; temporary and E&S control measures; and site restoration. Award is planned for Wednesday, November 19, 2025 with Construction Notice to Proceed planned for January 2026 pending contract execution. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% are required. Also, a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% is required. Questions Due Date: Oct 3rd 2025, 5:00 PM EDT , Detailed specifications developed by SALT Design Studio and Pennoni Associates, Inc. Questions regarding the project scope shall be submitted via the "Messages" feature The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof or to waive any informality or irregularity as deemed to the best interest of the Township.
