Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a service station / car wash facility; for site work for a service station / car wash facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; service station / car wash facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and pre-engineered storage facility.
The project consists of a pre-engineered metal building containing one automatic vehicle wash bay, one exterior manual wash bay, and associated concrete paving areas. The automatic and manual wash equipment are not included in this contract. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
