Renovation of a military facility in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
As of October 02, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Project scope includes but is not limited to installation of new sunshades with footings for 8 F-35s. Magnitude of Construction: The magnitude of this construction project is between $1 million and $5 million. Any RFIs whether technical or contractual in nature shall be submitted in writing. Questions must be submitted in writing via email to Cody Nash, cody.nash.1@us.af.mil, TSgt Derek Metzger, derek.metzger@us.af.mil and 97CONF.PKB.Construction@us.af.mil.by 10 September 2025, at 2:00 PM EDT. The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor (Davis Bacon Wages), materials, equipment, supervision of your work and insurances and performing all work in strict accordance with the Contract Bid documents forthe: Install New Sunshades with footings for (8) F-35s. The work in this project includes but is not limited to the trades listed below by CSI Divisions: *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
