Henry County is accepting proposals from qualified vendors to operate and manage a concession, smoothie and/or Coffee Bar within the North Mt. Carmel Recreation Center. The selected operator will be responsible for providing high-quality, consistent food and beverage service in a safe, clean and customer-focused environment. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this solicitation.
