Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Clear Lake, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,000-seat theater / auditorium; for site work for a theater / auditorium; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project will consist of a new 1000 seat Performing Arts Center. The new building will be connected to the existing HS gymnasium and band room. The new PAC will include a traditional theatre seating with an elevated stage equipped with a modern stage design, dressing rooms, green room, large set build area, loading dock, restrooms, and full lobby and restrooms. Due to the orientation of the building a new courtyard will be formed where there is intent for an outdoor classroom and amphitheater type seating. The project is anticipated to start September 22nd of 2025 and be completed by May of 2027.
