Dean Snyder Construction will be bidding on bid packages #3.1A, #3.1B, #4.1 and #7.4, and will submit their bids directly to the Owner at the time and place specified in the bid documents. The project will consist of a new 1000 seat Performing Arts Center. The new building will be connected to the existing HS gymnasium and band room. The new PAC will include a traditional theatre seating with an elevated stage equipped with a modern stage design, dressing rooms, green room, large set build area, loading dock, restrooms, and full lobby and restrooms. Due to the orientation of the building a new courtyard will be formed where there is intent for an outdoor classroom and amphitheater type seating.
