BID SECURITY REQUIREMENTS: All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid (including alternates), made payable to the County Clerk of Shawnee County, Kansas. Question Deadline 09/19/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the Design Engineer as defined in Article 2 of the Agreement in writing at least 10 calendar days prior to the opening of Bids.
