Renovation of a municipal facility in Mission, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This bid includes the following Work: Replacement of the Air Handler Unit (AHU), Chillers, and Pump Renewal at the Johnson County Northeast Office Building, including all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and all other items necessary to fully complete the Work. Question Deadline 06/10/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Technical questions and requests for clarification shall be submitted via online no later than the date and time reflected above to allow adequate time to issue an addendum, if needed. Bidders shall submit the following with their bid: Bid Bond: Bidders shall submit with their bid a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Kansas in the amount of five percent (5.0%) of the total amount of their bid. Said guarantee shall be made payable to the Public Building Commission of Johnson County, Kansas. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening.
