The City of Mission is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the 2026 Street Reconstruction Projects. Sealed bids must be addressed to the City Clerk of Mission, Kansas and clearly marked as "2026 Street Reconstruction Projects." Bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk at City Hall, 6090 Woodson Street, Mission Kansas 66202 until January 5th, 2026 at 10 A.M. At that time, all sealed bids will be transferred to the City Council Chamber, where they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened. Proposers are asked to submit questions by email to the specified contact. The City of Mission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process. This encasement shall be constructed in accordance with the details indicated on the plans.
