The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to furnish and deliver various sizes of Aluminized and Polymer Coated Corrugated Metal Pipe and bands on an as needed basis for the Bedford Residency, per the specification herein. Delivery locations will be within Bedford and Franklin Counties. Question Deadline 09/10/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Michelle Braxton at michelle2.braxton@vdot.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Period of Contract: From Date of Award Through a One (1) Year Period (Renewable). There will be no pre-bid conference for this solicitation. The Contractor shall respond in writing within four (4) hours with order confirmation, including the additional rush/freight charges, that they can meet the delivery requirements. If the Contractor cannot meet the required delivery requested, Virginia Department of Transportation reserves the right to purchase the pipe from other sources. Virginia Department of Transportation reserves the right to pick-up any pipe order, resulting in no additional charges.
