The Regional District of East Kootenay (RDEK), Elko Fire Department is seeking proposals to provide project management and construction services in the addition of a third apparatus bay, two new washrooms and a mechanical room to the existing firehall structure located at 8915 Neame Street, Elko BC V0B 1T3. a) Construction of a third apparatus bay, 2 washrooms to include toilet, sink and shower, and mechanical room to house air compressor, washing machine, future SCBA filling station and workbench. b) Provide project management and liaison with subcontractors, engineers and building officials as required. c) Analyze existing septic system and determine capacity/requirements to facilitate addition.
