Reference Number 0000302238 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/09/22 12:00:00 AM EDT This Request for Proposal is an invitation by Cornwall Community Hospital to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of Services at 840 McConnell Avenue for the Replacement of the East Wing of Tower Building. The hospital is standardized to a Garland bitumen roof system and will consider alternates provided they are comparable substitutes of the Garland roof system. The Proponent shall include technical data to support any equivalency claim. The decision to accept resides with Cornwall Community Hospital. The Contractor shall provide and maintain Comprehensive General Liability insurance in the minimum amount of $ 5,000,000.00. Property Insurance in the amount of the full Contract price shall be provided and maintained. The Contractor shall provide documented proof of the above insurance requirements prior to the award of the contract. The successful Roofing Contractor shall provide Worker's Compensation Clearance Certificate and comprehensive Liability Insurance in the minimum amount of $5,000,000.00 The owner may require a proposal bond and performance bond of 10% of the tendered price.
