The City of Cornwall's various departments, including but not limited to, the Municipal Works - Garage Division, Municipal Works - Roads Section, Water & Sewer Infrastructure and Planning, Parks & Landscaping, Recreation and Facilities, Environmental Services, the Glen Stor Dun Lodge, Human Services and Transit are seeking a supplier for the period commencing from date of award to November 30, 2027 with the option to renew for an additional year as per the specifications herein, within the city limits (due to the frequency of transactions), with a comprehensive stock of materials, and have in house capabilities to: Supplier shall CNC plasma cut up to 2" mild steel Supplier shall have laser cutting capabilities for precision cutting as required (without sub-contracting) Supplier shall have facilities to plate roll and/or form up to 120" x .500" mild steel Supplier shall have metal tube bending capabilities to die bend up to 2" D.O.M. or EMT material to 91 degrees Supplier shall have equipment and qualified/certified personnel to accommodate Mobile Services of welding, cutting and related metal processes of repairs and or fabrications required on demand throughout the City of Cornwall Supplier must also be able to provide in house CAD drawings of metal fabrication projects as required to the requesting division Provision of Materials (to be available from stock) Carbon Steel - plate, angle, tubing, round bar, flat bar, I-beam Stainless Steel - sheet metal, plate (up to1" thick), tubing, round bar Aluminum - plate (up to 1" thick), angle, tubing, flat bar Non-specified materials to be available within five days.
