The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines is inviting tenders for Garden City Golf - Club House Accessibility Upgrades. Scope of work includes: Renovation of existing office for new Universal Washroom. Supply and installation of new acoustic ceiling tile throughout. Supply and installation of new flooring throughout. Interior and exterior painting. Door replacements. New accessible ramp. Supply and installation of new lighting. All tenders must be accompanied by Agreement to Bond and digital Bid Bond in the amount of $20,000.00 payable to The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines.
