The City of Clinton, Iowa is requesting quotes for the Shake Roof Replacement project at the Erickson Center. The City of Clinton is seeking contractors with experience in roofing to: Base Bid: Mansard Roof, Fascia & Soffit >Remove existing metal edge detail from perimeter of flat roof. >Remove existing wood shake shingles and dispose of debris. >Provide and install self-adhering high-temperature underlayment. >Provide and install 24-gauge snap-lock standing seam metal roof system. >Provide and install 24-gauge metal fascia cover and new metal soffit. >Provide and install 24-gauge metal edge detail at perimeter of flat roof. >All workmanship per mfg. specs to maintain existing flat roof warranty. Note: Replacement of any rotten wood decking, fascia or soffit is additional cost with owner'sconsent. Upon selection, substantial completion shall be by April 30 th, 2026.
