The City of Palatka is seeking bids for a qualified and licensed contractor(s) for the removal and replacement of concrete retaining wall within the City of Palatka, Florida. The Construction will include removal of existing retaining wall, 5-foot-wide sidewalks, and busshelter. Elements of the work include clearing and grubbing, demolition of concrete retaining wall, bus shelter, sidewalks and curb ramps, installing new curb and gutter, installing new sidewalk and curb ramps, concrete retaining wall, and bus shelter pad. Respondents are required to submit one (1) original and one (1) digital copy on a thumb drive in a sealed envelope marked "RESPONSE TO ITB 2025-09 RIVER STREET RETAINING WALL REHABILITATION/REPLACEMENT PLANS". Late submittals will be returned unopened. Hand-carried and express mail bids may be delivered prior to the due date and must be delivered to the above address ONLY between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., local time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the City.
