The Delaware River Port Authority ("Authority") hereby invites interested suppliers to submit proposals for Purchase and Installation of One (1) Duplex Pump Package for the Walt Whitman Bridge. Basis of Award: This contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on the basis of the lowest, overall price submitted, in the best interest of the DRPA for supplying all the products specified in compliance with stated General Conditions, Special Provisions and Specifications using the estimated quantities provided. The Delaware River Port Authority is firmly committed to providing full and equal business opportunities to all persons regardless of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age or non-job related disability. In that regard, the DRPA will affirmatively assure that minority and female-owned business enterprises are afforded equal opportunities to submit proposals for consideration for all purchases and contracts issued in connection with this project.
