Renovation of a swimming pool in Bloomingdale, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The project consists of a single prime contract for general construction. It includes the demolition of aged exterior building elements, the installation of new fixed canopies integrated into the existing structure, an extension of the parapet wall, and a full re-roof alternate. All bidders will be required to certify that they are in compliance with laws governing bid-rigging, bid rotation, equal opportunity employment, and sexual harassment. They must also confirm that they are not barred from contracting with any unit of state or local government. The Bloomingdale Park District reserves the right to reject any bid, or any portion thereof, or to waive minor deviations from the bid documents if it determines that doing so is in the public interest.
