Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bloomingdale, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade educational facility.
Sealed bids will be received for SD13 Referendum Improvements at Westfield Middle, DuJardin, and Erickson Elementary Schools in Bloomingdale, IL. Bid Group B includes Bid Packages for DuJardin Electrical and Landscaping. Bids shall be submitted in an opaque sealed envelope, in accordance with the bidding instructions contained in the Bidding Documents. Bid security in the form of a bid bond equal to ten percent of the base bid amount is required. All documents and information as required by the bidding instructions must accompany the bid. Incomplete, late, or non-conforming bids will not be accepted. Bids may not be withdrawn, cancelled, or modified after the time of opening without the Board's consent for a period of sixty days after opening. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities. Bids shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, considering conformity with specifications, delivery terms, and quality and serviceability as determined by the Board. Successful bidders must comply with the provisions of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and applicable labor laws, including Equal Employment Opportunity laws. All bidding contractors are encouraged to contact Bulley & Andrews for access to the online bidding software for updates and submission procedures.
