The proposed improvement consists of the cleaning and closed-circuit television inspection of approximately 44,967 feet of various size sanitary main and 17,863 feet of various size storm sewers located in the Village of Bloomingdale, Illinois. Specifications and proposal forms may be obtained from the Village Clerk at 201 South Bloomingdale Road, Bloomingdale, IL, 60108. The successful contractor shall comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act requirements, including submission of certified payroll requirements and the employment of Illinois workers during periods of excessive unemployment. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bank Cashier's Check, Bank Draft, Certified Check or Bidder's Bond, made payable to the Treasurer of the Village of Bloomingdale, for not less than five percent of the total bid. The President and Board of Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all technicalities.
