This is a firm-fixed-price construction project set aside 100% for small business under NAICS code 237990, with a size standard of $45 million. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The contractor will be required to sign the award prior to the Contracting Officer's signature. The contractor shall begin performance within 14 calendar days and complete it within 120 calendar days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The ability to enter technical inquiries and questions relating to proposal procedures or bonds will be disabled ten (10) calendar days prior to the closing date stated in the solicitation. No Government responses will be entered into the ProjNet system within five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date stated in the solicitation.
