Reference Number 0000397879 Bid Intent Not Available This QR is associated with RFQ 19-24 Vacant Lot Clearing Services. Bidders must be pre-qualifed and contracted with the City of Peoria to participate in this solcitation. Attached is the 19th group of bids. With each packet there will be a cover sheet to explain the work scope and photos. The photos will be circled with the specific things that need to be completed, and there will be an X through the things we do not. It's essential that the full work scope be completed and completed timely. It's advised that contractors visit these specific locations to get a better idea of the work scope to produce a more accurate bid as every property will differ. The lowest most qualified contractor will be awarded the work. Before and after photos showing the work that was completed must be returned to us, please send the photos and the invoices via email to Shawn Johnson (copied), who will verify completion and forward them over to us for payment. For any other specifics, please refer to the contract. 1. Remove all trees EXCEPT the Evergreen tree noted in the attached photo. 2. DO NOT REMOVE THE EVERGREEN TREE 3. Remove the fence that separates the first lot from the back half of the lot at 1525. 4. Remove all brush, overgrowth, debris, and tires from the lot. 5. Remove the concrete steps from both lots. 6. Remove all tree limbs that are overhanging the city owned lots. 7. Apply dirt as needed to level and grade the lot. 8. Apply grass seed. 9. Lot clean-up must begin within 10 days of being awarded the bid and continue daily weather permitting. 10.
