Firms/individuals who are interested in providing services requested under this RFP must submit six (6) copies of the information specified in this section. The information shall be received in hard copy (printed) version by: Ascension Parish Government, Purchasing Department, 615 East Worthy Street, Gonzales, LA 70737 however (6) hard copies must still be submitted within 24 business hours of the Proposal submission deadline (i.e., the Monday following the submission deadline since Parish buildings are closed on Fridays). Responses will be coordinated with the Project Coordinator and posted online The Ascension Parish Government (Parish) is seeking professional services for the execution of natural disaster-related emergency debris removal from local and private roadways within the Parish of Ascension. The contractor shall provide all services required to complete the project. Activities include, but are not limited to, field operations, debris pickup, debris hauling and removing, debris staging and reduction, temporary debris storage site management, and debris management. All debris removal and disposal management services shall be in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws, and environmental regulations. Roads will be identified by the Parish and direction given to the Contractor for roads and limits for which the Contractor will be responsible for servicing.
